Young people begin through volunteering, active citizenship and direct community engagement.
Independent entry forStudents and first-time volunteers

The Ignite Foundation enables young people to become changemakers in their own communities — through experiential learning, place-based leadership, and grassroots climate action.
In today's volatile, uncertain world, communities need more people willing to take ownership of positive change. Yet young people with ideas rarely find the runway, mentorship, or safe space to turn those ideas into lasting institutions.
Since 2010, we've curated experiential learning journeys that turn students, volunteers, and first-time founders into the next generation of NGO leaders, social enterprises, and community-rooted problem solvers.
How Ignite works
One-off initiatives cannot solve systemic issues. We nurture talent through four connected levels, with independent entry at every stage and room to move forward when passion and readiness align.
